Kathy has been with Hi-Way Safety Systems for over 20 years. As president and Chief Executive Officer, she plays a pivotal role in the overall direction and growth of the Company. Her work at Hi-Way Safety Systems covers a wide range of duties from Scheduling Coordinator to Director of Operations. She also plays a key role in the development and implementation of Company information systems and infrastructure. Kathy earned a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Iowa.
Ken attended the University of Massachusetts where he studied business management. He was a member of the UMass Minutemen football team, which earned a spot in the 1978 Pioneer bowl, where they played for the 1AA national championship. After college, Ken began working in the pavement marking industry and now has in excess of 35 years experience. He is heavily involved with town sports and actively participates in numerous charitable organizations.
Ron has over 15 years of management experience in the heavy-highway industry, with positions including foreman, general superintendent, project manager, and sales. He has played an integral role in the development of the Company's general contractor market base, and remains instrumental in the maintenance thereof. As a licensed agent, his experience extends into the real estate industry for a span of over 10 years. Ron also holds an associates degree in Law Enforcement.
Cheryl McCormack has been with Hi-Way Safety Systems for (7) years. Her primary objective is preparing bids, and getting bid results, for municipalities and General Contractors. She also performs a multitude of office/administrative duties. Cheryl previously worked for Verizon and Alcatel.
Pauline Lowrance joined HiWay Safety Systems as our Contract Administrator. Pauline has over 15 years experience in the construction industry and real estate development. She is a graduate of UMASS Boston with a BA in Political Science.
Joe is an experienced, dedicated, and highly motivated construction professional who handles the scheduling responsibilities for Hi-Way Safety Systems. He attended Wentworth Institute of Technology where he studied construction management. Throughout his career he has held positions ranging from project engineer to general superintendent and project manager in both the public and private sectors of construction, giving him a thorough understanding of project sequencing and scheduling.
